My character has a very strong sense of self, they would not be persuaded out of their morals so easily, unless it's developed through plot and cr I will say no, Sebastian may not seduce my character out of no where.

Yep! Serph looks human but he's both a human and a demon. He might come off as a little odd, though, because he's technically a computer program, too.

Going off the assumption that Sebastian is really good at stalking people without being noticed, whether Serph would notice him is dependent on whether Serph is in his human form or his demon form. As a human, it's most likely that Serph wouldn't be able to sense Sebastian's presence, but as a demon, Serph has heightened senses that allow him to 'see' despite the lack of eyes, as well as a heightened sense of smell.

I would be up for logging either of these, though the most likely scenario for b) is during Serph's weekly hunting of locals, as he eats them to stay sane.

Sure, though Sebastian might not like Serph's living space or his lack of class.

This one is more complicated; Jade started off human, then ascended to "god tier"--a gaming mechanic that effectively makes you an unkillable god. Also she partly merged with a dog. So she's like 88% human??

Yes, although Jade obviously has the hearing and smelling abilities of a dog, assuming her senses aren't flooded with other people around she might pick up on one consistent sound and scent following her eventually. And I'd be more than happy to log that out because shit's hilarious.

Yes although I forgot to note in Maka's comment, they live in a shockingly well kept house, duh, they're associated with super OCD shinigami Death the Kid, so if servitude somehow happened he wouldn't find much to do in that department

Jade's actually really used to people touching her all the time, but mostly because her hair tends to be out of control or they're curious about her ears

This last one is a lot harder; she's a shinigami, although unlike other shinigami in other canons, her human form is literally an organic puppet that her real form inhabits. She bleeds, has the need to eat and drink (maybe, she does it at least) and sleeps like a regular human. Assuming Sebastien's sensing abilities can see (or smell or sense, whatever) beyond the appearance of flesh, yes, she would feel distinctly Not Human.

She actually would notice right off the bat that she's being followed since she has the ability to sense different types of energy, including demon energy or "youki" but she'd wait until he revealed himself to her or becomes too curious to NOT ask what's up with the following. Happily, she's post canon, so she doesn't assume that all demons are bad news bears anymore.

Yep, he'd be recognized as a demon, assuming he's not out of her range or things aren't jamming her sixth sense. Though I forgot to mention that she'd probably send off a telepathic "hi there, can I help you?" message first once she realizes he's there, whether or not he can actually communicate telepathically. She'd be surprised if he couldn't, but hey that can just be another topic in the discrepancies between their worlds. Never mind that it seems to wildly vary who can and who can't telepath in canon

Also I don't want to spam your post anymore, so I'll just post what I was going to answer for Maka here: yes, do all the running with it, she'd be surprised and...kind of upset with herself really because "oh god that sounds so unhygienic"

(And Jade's not entirely unkillable, just for any death besides a noble one)

This is a little tough, Angelo has the ability to sense "evil" (such as really foul demons or people with dark magic for example), so he might notice Sebastian trying to creep up if he gets too close. So for my sanity, we'll go with scenario B.

Y. Saber is a Heroic Spirit, which is a type of ghost that's so strong.. it's offensive to call them a ghost. (In her canon, nothing even comes close to the strength of a Heroic Spirit.) She also has a ridiculously large amount of energy moving within her (as she's quite strong).

While that likely won't physically affect Sebastian, it is definitely a strong indicator to back off.
