Sebastian Michaelis is a proper demon. He has incredible abilities even a way with manipulating elements; fire -as supported in the manga- I must speculate that he can do a little for the other elements as well, earth, water, air. He has incredible fighting power, and tact to boot! He can sense ill-intent within humans, even (to a certain degree) sense the presence of something unearthly masquerading as human and has quite the affair with felines ♥. His strength and speed only aides in his efficiency as a Master Butler to the Earl Phantomhive.
Now, if you will please, allow me the pleasure of knowing the lines in which are to be crossed and not crossed with your characters.

Feline, Angel, Demon, a lovable fluffy Bunny~ Would you allow him to notice this?

a) If yes; would you be interested in logging out an action log of pure exploration and discovery?
Logs that may very well just have your character leading, unsuspectingly, Sebastian along for a bit of plot-related discovery.
b) If no; would you be interested in logging an attempted following with Sebastian being caught?
Logs that will have Sebastian being caught and your character confronting him? Or perhaps.. just leading him, knowingly!

There might be a hair out of place, a wrinkle on the fabrics of one's clothes, or small smudge of food to their face. Or perhaps he'll need to carry them off somewhere?

Sebastian may not be able to stalk my character due to my character's quite heightened senses, in fact, my character would smell Sebastian a mile away!

Certainly, but if my character says no: please be advised consequences are to follow if Sebastian does so insist on continuing hands on! This can include violence, verbal abuse, or a big fat -2 points on the like spectrum for Sebastian.

My character has a very strong sense of self, they would not be persuaded out of their morals so easily, unless it's developed through plot and cr I will say no, Sebastian may not seduce my character out of no where.

Cloud is human, but he's been experimented on a lot. He's got some non-human cells in him because of it and Sebastian is free to sense this if you would like!

SURE CAN. Cloud wouldn't know wtf to do, but he's allowed, and he wouldn't react violently or anything. He might give a quiet, "Don't touch me" if he's not in the mood but that'd be about it.

Cloud's not very easily seduced out of his moral standings, but if there's enough development behind it, I'd be willing to in the future. I'm gonna say no otherwise.

Yep! Serph looks human but he's both a human and a demon. He might come off as a little odd, though, because he's technically a computer program, too.

Going off the assumption that Sebastian is really good at stalking people without being noticed, whether Serph would notice him is dependent on whether Serph is in his human form or his demon form. As a human, it's most likely that Serph wouldn't be able to sense Sebastian's presence, but as a demon, Serph has heightened senses that allow him to 'see' despite the lack of eyes, as well as a heightened sense of smell.
I would be up for logging either of these, though the most likely scenario for b) is during Serph's weekly hunting of locals, as he eats them to stay sane.

Sure, though Sebastian might not like Serph's living space or his lack of class.

Would Serph be able to smell that Sebastian is a demon? In his human form, he isn't as good at detecting demons as when he's in his demon form, but I don't mind either way.

Maka is totally organic human.

yes. Maka has the ability to sense the souls of others around her, but we've been operating under the idea of demons not having souls, so she wouldn't sense him.

HAHAHAHA well he can try but I don't see where he would be inclined to with either definition and Maka has the immovability and sex drive of a cliff face

She probably smells like demons :Va she's dating the son of anime Satan (Rin Okumura from Ao no Exorcist) and well obviously he comes with demons even if he doesn't like them
Also an amusing point though I don't know how it'd effect anything, her soul is literally some super special purifying-all-the-things "angel type". I'm dead serious.

This one is more complicated; Jade started off human, then ascended to "god tier"--a gaming mechanic that effectively makes you an unkillable god. Also she partly merged with a dog. So she's like 88% human??

Yes, although Jade obviously has the hearing and smelling abilities of a dog, assuming her senses aren't flooded with other people around she might pick up on one consistent sound and scent following her eventually. And I'd be more than happy to log that out because shit's hilarious.

Yes although I forgot to note in Maka's comment, they live in a shockingly well kept house, duh, they're associated with super OCD shinigami Death the Kid, so if servitude somehow happened he wouldn't find much to do in that department

Jade's actually really used to people touching her all the time, but mostly because her hair tends to be out of control or they're curious about her ears

And I also forgot to note this for Maka, but if it's for information purposes as opposed to manipulation or what these two are more than happy to provide information when asked depending on what it is. Otherwise he'll run into the same wall of Jade's morals.

Woof woof, Jade's space magic will probably be brought up eventually. She can manipulate spatial dimensions, IE shrink or enlarge things

This last one is a lot harder; she's a shinigami, although unlike other shinigami in other canons, her human form is literally an organic puppet that her real form inhabits. She bleeds, has the need to eat and drink (maybe, she does it at least) and sleeps like a regular human. Assuming Sebastien's sensing abilities can see (or smell or sense, whatever) beyond the appearance of flesh, yes, she would feel distinctly Not Human.

She actually would notice right off the bat that she's being followed since she has the ability to sense different types of energy, including demon energy or "youki" but she'd wait until he revealed himself to her or becomes too curious to NOT ask what's up with the following. Happily, she's post canon, so she doesn't assume that all demons are bad news bears anymore.

This is a little tough, Angelo has the ability to sense "evil" (such as really foul demons or people with dark magic for example), so he might notice Sebastian trying to creep up if he gets too close. So for my sanity, we'll go with scenario B.

Never mind that it seems to wildly vary who can and who can't telepath in canonAlso I don't want to spam your post anymore, so I'll just post what I was going to answer for Maka here: yes, do all the running with it, she'd be surprised and...kind of upset with herself really because "oh god that sounds so unhygienic"

Y. Saber is a Heroic Spirit, which is a type of ghost that's so strong.. it's offensive to call them a ghost. (In her canon, nothing even comes close to the strength of a Heroic Spirit.) She also has a ridiculously large amount of energy moving within her (as she's quite strong).

N. Saber has very high intuition and instinct levels. She can also sense others. However, Sebastien can surely try to stalk her.

sure. If engrossed in something Leo would eventually pick up on the feeling of being watched. If he were walking around he would definitely notice that he was being followed.

♞ If your character is in need of some sort of assistance, may he place his hands on your character? Leo probably wouldn't need any sort of help, but if the opportunity arises we'll play it by ear. If stated, no means no. If it is pushed, Leo will probably use his fire powers to break contact/attack. While that likely won't physically affect Sebastian, it is definitely a strong indicator to back off.
